1. Who can use it
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
- You must not be on a sanctions list, or in or ordinarily resident in a country subject to comprehensive sanctions.
- You're responsible for making sure using crypto-assets and this service is legal where you live.
2. What the service does
strikr lets you launch coins on pump.fun, on the Solana blockchain, and name an account, game, community or organisation (a "recipient") the coin is made out to. Each coin's creator fees are collected into a vault for that coin. Of what we collect, 90% is allocated to the coin's recipients and 10% to us.
We provide software and an interface. We don't issue, sell, promote or trade coins, we don't operate pump.fun or Solana, and we don't give investment advice.
3. Your wallet and keys
You sign every launch with your own wallet. We never receive your private keys or seed phrase, and we can't recover them. You're responsible for your wallet, its security and every transaction it signs.
Each coin's fee vault is controlled by keys our servers derive, used only to collect fees and pay them out under these terms. Until fees are paid out, we hold them on recipients' behalf. Payouts are final and can't be reversed.
4. Launching coins
When you launch a coin:
- You're responsible for its name, ticker, image, description and links, and confirm you have the right to use them.
- You must not suggest the recipient made, owns, endorses or is affiliated with the coin unless that's true.
- You must not impersonate anyone, mislead buyers or promise returns.
- The recipient, their share, and the platform and permanent id they're identified by are fixed at launch and can't be changed.
- You pay pump.fun's costs and Solana network fees. Your first buy is a purchase at your own risk.
- You don't receive creator fees from coins you launch.
5. Recipients and fees
- Only a recipient who proves control of the named account can claim that recipient's share.
- Shares nobody has claimed stay in the coin's vault. They don't expire and aren't given to anyone else.
- A coin being made out to you doesn't oblige you to do anything, and doesn't mean you endorse it.
- You're responsible for any taxes on fees you receive.
6. Claim rules
- You may only claim for an account you control. Claiming for someone else's account is fraud.
- Claim codes work only for the account and wallet they were made for, until the end of the next UTC day, and only once.
- Some platforms are verified by a person. We may ask for more information and may decline a claim we can't verify.
- Payouts go to the wallet you choose. If you enter the wrong address, we can't get the funds back.
- Payouts below 0.001 SOL wait until more fees build up. We pay the network fee on payouts.
- We may delay or pause payouts to settle an unclear transaction, investigate suspected fraud, or comply with the law.
7. Risk
Coins are highly speculative and most lose all their value. Fees exist only while people trade. You could lose everything you put in. Read the risk disclosure. Nothing on the service is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
8. Acceptable use
You must not use the service to:
- break any law, including securities, consumer protection, sanctions and anti-money-laundering laws;
- defraud, manipulate markets, pump and dump, or wash trade;
- impersonate a person or organisation, or harass anyone;
- publish content that is hateful, sexual involving minors, or infringes someone's rights;
- attack, overload, scrape or work around the limits of the service.
9. Reports and removal
We may hide any coin from the service, refuse launches or claims, and suspend access, at our discretion and without notice, including after a report. Coins exist on Solana and pump.fun independently of us, so hiding a coin here doesn't delete it. Report a coin from its page or at hello@strikr.fun.
10. Other services
The service relies on pump.fun, Solana, wallet providers, IPFS and the platforms we verify accounts on. Each has its own terms, which apply to your use of them. strikr isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any of them. Their names and marks belong to their owners. We're not responsible for their outages, changes or failures.
11. Content and intellectual property
You keep the rights in content you upload, and give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display it as part of the service. The service's own software, design and text belong to us.
12. No warranty and limits on liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that verification will always be correct.
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, the value of any coin, or the acts of third-party services. Our total liability to you is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the previous 12 months or £100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
13. Indemnity
You agree to cover our reasonable losses from claims caused by your breach of these terms, your content, or your misuse of the service.
14. Changes
We may change the service or these terms. We'll update the date at the top, and for material changes we'll give notice on the site. Continuing to use the service means you accept the new terms.
15. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction, except where your local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live. Contact us at hello@strikr.fun.
