Coins launched with strikr are fun to make and easy to lose money on. Here's what can go wrong.

Most coins go to zero

Memecoins have no underlying value beyond what the next buyer will pay. Prices can drop to nothing within minutes. Only spend what you can afford to lose completely.

Fees aren't income you can count on

Creator fees exist only while people trade. Most coins stop trading soon after launch. Past fees say nothing about future ones.

Made out to isn't endorsed by

Anyone can launch a coin for anyone. A coin made out to a streamer, game or charity doesn't mean they created it, approve of it, or will ever claim from it. Don't buy because of a name.

Scams and impersonation

People copy names, tickers and images of popular coins. Check the coin address on the coin page before you trade. We'll never message you first asking for your seed phrase, a payment or a signature.

Technology risk

  • pump.fun, PumpSwap and Solana are third-party systems. They can fail, be exploited, or change their rules and fees.
  • Blockchain transactions are final. A wrong address or a malicious signature can't be undone.
  • Our software can have bugs. Verification relies on platform APIs that can change or go down.

Held fees are custodial

Fees waiting for a recipient sit in vaults whose keys our servers derive. If our systems were compromised, those funds could be at risk. Recipients should claim, and payouts are sent automatically once they do.
