What we collect
- Wallet addresses you connect, launch from, or ask to be paid to.
- Coin details: name, ticker, image, description and links you add.
- Recipient account details we look up: the platform, permanent account id, handle or name, public profile picture and profile link.
- Claim and review records: the code, the account and wallet it's for, any link you submit, and contact details if you choose to give them.
- Reports you send about a coin, with any detail or contact you include.
- Technical data: your IP address, held briefly in memory to limit abuse, and standard server logs kept by our hosting provider.
What we don't collect
- Your private keys or seed phrase. Ever.
- Passwords or access to your social accounts. Verification reads only public information.
- Advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookie we set is a sign-in cookie for our own admin team.
Stored on your device
Launch drafts are saved in your browser's local storage and never sent to us until you launch. Your wallet extension may remember that you connected. Clearing your browser data removes both.
Why we use it
We use this information to run the service you ask for, which is our legal basis for most of it:
- launching coins and showing them on the site;
- working out who fees belong to and paying them out;
- verifying that claimants control the accounts they claim;
- preventing double payouts, fraud and abuse, which is in our legitimate interest and yours;
- answering reports and messages.
Public by design
Solana is a public blockchain. Launches, wallet addresses and payouts are visible to everyone, permanently, and we can't change or delete them. Coin pages, recipient pages and the recent-claims list on our site show public account names and pictures alongside amounts.
How long we keep it
- Coin, recipient and payout records: for as long as the coin can earn fees, and then as long as we need payout history for accounting and legal reasons.
- Review records and contact details: up to 12 months after a decision.
- Reports: up to 24 months.
- Rate-limit data: minutes. Server logs: as set by our host, typically under 30 days.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under UK and EU data protection law, you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email hello@strikr.fun. We'll confirm it's you and reply within 30 days. Payout records may be anonymised instead of deleted, and on-chain data can't be changed. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in the UK that's the ICO.
International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country. Where they do, we rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Children
The service isn't for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes and contact
We'll update the date above when this policy changes. Questions: hello@strikr.fun.
